The Plaza Hotel Wedding

True love has no age limit. It can bloom anytime, when you least expect it, giving wings to the heart. The story of Amy and Paul, a couple of advertising professionals, is another example that this noble feeling can sweep you off your feet at any stage in life. Experiencing marriage for the first time in their 40s, these Upper West Side late bloomers really feel they belong to each other. True urbanites and great film and theatre aficionados, they are also avid foodies who love indulging in the fantastic food choices the Big Apple has to offer. Amy is utterly feminine and stylish, and has a penchant for everything glam and fashionable, while Paul is a sports fanatic who loves the city’s diversity, politics and dynamic nature.

Destiny wanted a last minute change of plans, so Amy and Paul had to switch their reception to The Plaza and plan everything from scratch in just 2 weeks. When Amy called to tell me about the venue change, I immediately knew I was in for another special evening.  They say everything happens for a reason. In this case things couldn’t have turned out better for them, as the Plaza is really a one-of-a-kind setting for a wedding to remember.
