The Bonnet House Wedding

When I heard Grace and Josh’s story, I felt like watching a romantic movie with the de rigueur happy ending.

She was having lunch one day in a restaurant with her mom, when a friend told her about this guy eating there every single day. They were introduced, she gave him her phone number, and he called her 3 days later (a bit of suspense always spices up things, right?). But destiny made them bump into each other at a Starbucks a few days later giving them the chance to talk for hours. That evening Josh challenged her for a game of bowling and decided he would take her out on a date if he won. Grace had no clue he was in a bowling league, so guess what? He obviously won and stayed by her side ever since.

Grace simply loves Joshua’s affectionate nature. She says he never judges her, rarely says no and fully understands her. Joshua, on the other hand, loves how she breaks him out of his shell, and how loyal and supportive she is no matter what.

The couple chose to celebrate their big day at the fabulous Bonnet House in Fort Lauderdale, a venue with lush gardens and colorful architecture that was the perfect spot for their outdoor ceremony and reception.

To his bride’s surprise, Joshua danced with her all night (something he had only done twice during the seven years they have been together). He even joined the hora and got on the chair, which was pretty adventurous for him.
