Tribeca 360 Wedding
Jewish weddings are always great because of the unique fesitivities, but Jessica and Zach’s big day at the Tribeca 360° was one for the books. This awesome couple, who loves snacks and candy, and traveling the world, had a captivating celebration full of emotion and great energy.
Being a NYC wedding photographer gives me the great chance to capture a fascinating blend of history, tradition and culture, and this event was no exception. I really love photographing unique traditional moments like the Ketubah, the Bedekin, or the smashing of the glass that make weddings even more fun and energetic. And, since I like to document weddings with a photojournalistic approach, any event with many guests and lots going on is perfect.
Jessica was a mesmerizing bride, channeling a fab low-cut dress with embroidered train. She carried an impressive white orchid bouquet that matched the floral composition adorning the chuppah (the ceremony canopy which symbolizes the home the bride and groom will soon build together). She and Zach were so relaxed making my job really easy throughout their big day. They kept smiling at each other and were so happy to be surrounded by their parents (both their moms blew out birthday candles for an extra special touch) and an amazing bunch of friends. Love was totally in the air.
At some point, Jess decided to slip into a glittery mini dress and matching sneakers so she could let loose on the dance floor. No wedding photographer can deny the thrill of capturing the crowd dance. One of my favorite moments in the horah is when the bride and groom are lifted and balanced on their chairs (followed by their parents, which makes things even better).
Jessica and Zach chose to celebrate their big day at Tribeca 360°, a newly architecturally designed loft-like space with oversized windows located in the cool Tribeca. With minimalistic interiors, the venue offered spectacular 360° city views of New York, New Jersey and some of their most important landmarks. A top Manhattan location that I would love to photograph again and again!
Jessica and Zach, I just cannot say enough wonderful things about your wedding and family. I could not be more grateful for asking me to photograph your wedding. Here’s to another 20+ years of marriage!
